Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right, within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right consists in the right to return the purchased good to the seller, and in the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price, meaning as such the net amount paid for the good excluding additional costs such as packaging, labor, transport, cash on delivery and collection costs. , PayPal / Credit Card fees.
In particular, the consumer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must send the seller in question a specific communication within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to info@antichisaporicampani.com, and wait for a representative to take in charge of the request.
The consumer must also return the undamaged Products to the seller in question at the address declared by him within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the same together with the delivery note.
Shipping costs will always be borne by the consumer.
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal or from the date of receipt of the returned products, the seller will refund the consumer the sums already paid, excluding ancillary costs (packaging, labor, transport, cash on delivery or collection costs, PayPal fees /Credit card).
Make sure you have the following data ready:
• Original invoice (or original receipt) or accompanying document
• In case of partial withdrawal, article code (s), possible serial number
• Bank details on which to obtain the transfer (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
In the event that the holder of the invoice subject to the withdrawal exercise does not have his own bank details, he can provide those of an account in the name of a third party by explicitly mentioning the authorization to the seller to credit the amount on these bank details by email.
Credits for returned goods will be made at the list price in effect on the date of return.
All returns will be accepted only carriage paid. Returns of goods for incorrect purchase are not accepted, in this case they will be immediately returned to the buyer.
The returned goods for credit found not intact (e.g. damaged or scratched product, missing manual and accessories, missing labels on products and packaging, damaged boxes, etc.) will be returned to the customer carriage forward, or in the case of credit the goods it will be depreciated at the discretion of Antichi Sapori Campani
The reimbursement will take place as soon as possible, however, within the terms of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods), by bank transfer, withholding the amount of shipping costs which will remain permanently at charged to the Customer.
