Compote of black figs with dark chocolate and rum
When we talk about compote we are talking about a product that has a very high concentration of fruit and a lower quantity of sugars.
The artisanal black fig compote with chocolate and rum is produced with figs grown in a completely natural way, without the use of any type of pesticide.
The production is linked to the seasonality that goes from June to September, but it is at the end of September that the figs offer the best of organoleptic properties and maximum sweetness making this product truly unique.
The black fig compote with chocolate and rum is an artisanal product, with a strong taste, excellent to spread on bread, to prepare desserts or pies, to eat with vanilla ice cream or accompanied with whipped cream, robiola, ricotta or sheep's cheese.
Ingredients: Ingredients: black figs, sugar, 7% extra dark chocolate, lemon, 1% rum, vanilla (may contain milk, contains sunflower lecithin and nuts).
Fruit used: 90 g per 100 g of finished product.
Nutritional values (average values per 100 g): Energy: 1043 kJ / 249 kcal; Fat: 0.3 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 0.0 g; Carbohydrates: 62.7 g, of which sugars: 60.0 g; proteins: 0.7 g; salt (Na): 0.01 g
Packaging: glass jar in the formats of 110 g, 220 g and 350 g with cap in non-woven fabric and raffia staple.
Storage: store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources, once the jar is opened, store in the refrigerator for 5 days.
Produced from June to October, it has a minimum storage time (preferably to be consumed by the end ...) of 16 months from the date of production.
