Sparkling wine produced between late August and early September.
Obtained by soft pressing with fermentation in steel containers at controlled temperatures to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes. The second fermentation takes place through the inoculation of selected yeasts in tanks at controlled temperature and pressure according to the Charmat method.
It has a pale straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage with notes of bread crust and apple.
